Rish Mitra joins us to chat about his experience with childhood sexual abuse and removing the phrase “man up” from our vocabulary. We also talk about ego, victim mentality, and how women can create safe spaces for the men in their lives so that they can begin to open up about their emotions. 

Rish is an engineer, podcaster, dad, avid reader, and self-improvement nerd. Through his podcast and work, his mission is to help men overcome their shame and guilt and accept the authentic version of themselves.
