64. My Father's Suicide and How I'm Navigating Grief with Bryana Montague

#64: Back in May, Bryana's dad lost his battle with mental health and alcohol addiction. Bryana shares the many bumps in the road since then, the emotional breakdowns, and her journey of processing the grief. 

Today, Bryana is a a 26 year old newly licensed Realtor living on the east coast of Canada. With her incredible support system, self discipline, and therapy, she is taking on this new chapter of her life with a strong mindset in order to stay focused on her goals.
