36. How Repressed Emotions Lead To Physical Pain with Sarah Black

Sarah 3.jpeg

Sarah Black shares her experience of exploring many different modalities and remedies and overcoming multiple health issues that struck her in her early 20s. After countless appointments and money spent on practitioners, Sarah finally was at her wits end. Taking matters into her own hands, Sarah left her corporate job that was causing her burnout and decided to face one of the final health issues she was still grappling with: intermittent (often chronic) nerve pain.

Nothing short of a miracle, Sarah tells us about her discovery of “journal speak”, a healing modality that has excavated the suppressed emotions that were the root cause of her suffering.

Today, Sarah lives in Stockholm, Sweden with her Swedish fiancee, and is excited to share this path to healing with others.

In this episode we talk about:

  • Setting boundaries

  • Moving to a foreign country

  • Being independent within a relationship

  • Chronic pain

  • Repressed emotions

  • Journal speak
