31. Addiction, Rehab, and Workplace Bullying with Ian Croft

After a constant workplace bullying incident, Ian Croft found himself in a very dark place. He couldn't just forget what happened and how his employer didn’t protect him. Caught up in his thoughts, Ian quickly spiralled into addiction. Fast forward, finding himself deep into drug and loan debt, Ian knew he had to get his life together.

Today, Ian is sober and also free of depression. He is also in college studying psychotherapy.
